An experience among the nature of the promontory of Baratti and Populonia, which starts with a visit to the monumental Etruscan necropolis of San Cerbone and then along the Via del Ferro, with the archaeological remains of the industrial districts of Populonia, and then the Via della Romanella, that already from ancient times connected the area of the necropolis with the acropolis, the upper part of the city. Once you reach the acropolis of Populonia, with the remains of the temples, the sacred road and the complex of extraordinarily preserved baths, the naturalistic path overlooking the Island of Elba leads you along the mighty city walls.
